Product Catalog
LogoMagic comes with preloaded catalogs from five major promotional product suppliers: SanMar, PCNA, S&S Activewear, Gemline, and ETS Express. You can browse, search, and filter thousands of products without needing your own supplier API credentials.
- Browse by supplier or search across all catalogs
- Filter by product category, color, and price range
- View product details including available colors, sizes, and pricing
- Catalogs are updated periodically with each app release
- Connect your own API credentials in Settings for real-time data
Logo Placement
The visual logo placement tool lets you position your logo precisely on any product mockup. Upload PNG or SVG files and use intuitive controls to get the perfect placement.
- Upload logos in PNG or SVG format (transparent backgrounds recommended)
- Drag to position, use the slider to resize, controls to rotate
- Real-time preview on the product mockup
- Support for multiple logo locations on a single product
- Logos are stored securely and can be managed from your dashboard
Auto-Pricing Rules
Configure automatic pricing rules so LogoMagic calculates retail prices based on the supplier cost. Set a markup percentage or fixed margin and pricing is applied when you publish.
- Percentage markup: add a % on top of supplier cost
- Fixed margin: add a flat dollar amount to supplier cost
- Rounding rules: round up to nearest .99, .95, or whole dollar
- Preview calculated prices before publishing
- Configure rules once in Settings, applied to all new products
Publishing to Shopify
When you're happy with your branded product, publish it directly to your Shopify store with one click. LogoMagic creates the product with all variants, images, and pricing.
- Creates a full Shopify product with title, description, and images
- All color and size variants are included automatically
- Logo-applied images replace or supplement the original product photos
- Pricing is calculated based on your auto-pricing rules
- Products appear in your Shopify admin ready to sell
Import Blank Products
Need products without your logo? The Import Blank Products feature lets you import supplier products directly to Shopify with their original images and details.
- Import products from any supported supplier catalog
- Original product images and descriptions are preserved
- All variants (colors, sizes) are included
- Pricing rules are still applied automatically
- Great for testing products or building a general catalog
Edit Existing Products
Already have products in your Shopify store? Use the Edit Existing Products feature to apply or update logos on products you've already published.
- Select any product from your Shopify store
- Apply or change the logo placement
- Update product images with new logo versions
- Keep existing product details, pricing, and variants
Supplier API Credentials
While preloaded catalogs work out of the box, you can connect your own supplier API credentials for real-time pricing, live inventory, and the latest product selection.
- Go to Settings > Supplier Credentials
- Enter your API credentials for each supplier you have an account with
- Connected suppliers show real-time data instead of preloaded catalogs
- Credentials are encrypted and stored securely
- Supported: 400+ suppliers from Promostandards, plus direct integrations with SanMar, PCNA, S&S Activewear, Gemline, and ETS Express
