Publishing to Shopify
When you're happy with a branded product, publish it directly to your Shopify store with one click. LogoMagic creates a full Shopify product with all variants, images, and pricing intact.
- Creates a full Shopify product with title, description, and per-variant images
- All color and size variants are included automatically
- Logo-applied images are uploaded via Shopify's media API and attached to the correct variant
- Pricing is calculated via your Pricing Rules — see the Pricing concept page
- Cost of Goods is written to inventoryItem.cost for accurate reporting
- Products land in your Shopify admin ready to review and publish
Import Blank Products
Need products without your logo? The Import Blank Products feature lets you import supplier products directly to Shopify with their original images and details.
- Import from any supported supplier catalog
- Original product images and descriptions are preserved
- All variants (colors, sizes) are included
- Pricing rules are still applied automatically
- Counts against your plan's publish limit
Edit Existing Products
Already have products in your Shopify store? Use Edit Existing Products to apply or update logos on products you've already published — without re-creating them.
- Select any product from your Shopify store
- Apply or change the logo placement
- Update product images with the new composited versions
- Keep existing product details, pricing, inventory, and variants
- Useful for seasonal logo refreshes or testing new placements
Supplier API Credentials
Preloaded catalogs work out of the box. For real-time pricing and live inventory, connect your own supplier API credentials.
- Go to Settings → Supplier Credentials
- Enter credentials for each supplier you have an account with
- Connected suppliers show real-time data; unconnected ones fall back to preloaded
- Credentials are encrypted at rest in our database
- Supports SanMar (direct API), PCNA, S&S Activewear, Gemline, ETS Express (all PromoStandards), plus any custom PromoStandards supplier

LogoMagic for Shopify offers four plans. Billing is handled through Shopify's built-in billing system and appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
