Questions merchants ask

Is this really a one-time payment?

Yes. $49 once, no subscription. You own the app forever and get lifetime updates. The only time you'd pay again is if you want to publish to a Shopify or WooCommerce store (those need their own platform-specific subscriptions or licenses).

What does the license cover?

One license activates on up to 2 devices (e.g. laptop + desktop). To transfer between machines, open License → Deactivate This Machine in the app menu on the old one, then enter the key on the new one. Need more than 2? See the Business and Enterprise tiers above.

Do I need a Shopify or WooCommerce account?

No. You can use LogoMagic Desktop entirely for mockup design and PNG/JPG export. Connect a store later if you want to publish.

Mac version?

Windows only for now. Mac support is on the roadmap. Email us if a Mac version is a blocker and we'll prioritize.

What's your refund policy?

30 days, no questions asked. Try it, and if it's not right for your workflow, email us for a full refund.
